Program description. PIUR Communications (Jenseng Creative) sends text messages for two-way customer communication, including responding to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service and account updates, and customer support.

How to opt in. You consent to receive text messages by contacting us by phone or text, by providing your mobile number on our website or intake form, or by giving your number to us verbally and agreeing to be texted.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at jensengcreative@gmail.com.

Opt-out. You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then send no further texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
